We made it through the first week and 1/2 of Kindergarten and 3rd Grade.
Brian took the first day of school off as he does every year. Harriette had a good first half of the morning until after snack time. Then she didn't want me to leave. She burst into tears and so did I. She stopped after 5 minutes and I continued to sob for the next hour. Yup.
Molly had a wonderful time. I love how her new teacher greets each student at the door and talks to them before entering the class every morning.
I am organizing the Reflections Art Program this year, the Recording Secretary on the PTA Board, Talent Show Co-chair and Room Parent.
